We need a highly motivated person with great communication skills to join our Card Empire team based in our Manchester store. 
Knowledge of Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG products are essential.

Duties will include:

Content management
We have nearly 70,000 listings on our website, and 500,000+ products in our stores.
Your main duties will be to catalogue and price the products, creating thousands more listings and updating the current ones. A firm grasp of working with CSV files and Excel databases to upload create and edit multiple listings is essential. Knowledge of the Shopify POS System would also be helpful.

Social Media.
Currently our Social Media is under-utilised. Revamping, streamlining and updating our Social Media is another key area of your duties. Updating our pages with new products, new releases and recent purchases as well as reaching new customers.

Mail order support and management.
Processing the mail order and dealing with online customer queries.

Shop support and cover
Some shop work including cover for staff holidays and shift changes will sometimes be required. Customer service skills required.

Important stuff.
38 hours per week, 5 days Monday to Saturday to be arranged. Days may include a Saturday. Hours 10.30 - 6.00 Monday to Friday, 10.00 - 6.00 Saturday.

£18,770 Per Annum plus performance related bonuses to be arranged.
